The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Real Estate CRM Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Data We Request
When you choose to connect Google, we request only the access needed for the feature you enable. Gmail access is send-only. Calendar access supports event creation and availability checks. YouTube access supports user-requested video uploads.
How Google Data Is Used
Google user data is used to provide the connected feature inside your CRM workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising, unrelated product analytics, or building generalized AI or machine learning models. We do not sell Google user data.
AI and Google Data
Google Workspace user data is not used to train Real Estate CRM Pro's generalized AI models. If a user intentionally asks an AI feature to work with CRM content that includes Google-derived data, that user is responsible for confirming they have authority to do so and that the use is appropriate for the task.
Human Access
Human access to Google user data is limited to situations where you ask for support, where access is required for security or abuse investigation, or where access is necessary to comply with law.
Sharing and Transfer
We do not sell Google user data. We transfer Google user data only to service providers when necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or complete a user-directed action.
Revoking Access
You can disconnect Google features in Real Estate CRM Pro settings or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
