These E-Sign Terms apply when Real Estate CRM Pro is used to prepare, send, view, approve, sign, decline, store, audit, or download electronic documents.
Electronic Records and Signatures
By using e-signature features, senders and signers agree that documents, disclosures, signatures, initials, approvals, attachments, audit events, and related records may be created, sent, signed, stored, and provided electronically where permitted by law.
Sender Responsibilities
Senders are responsible for choosing the correct document, confirming signer identity and authority, assigning fields correctly, selecting delivery methods, deciding whether access codes or additional authentication are required, confirming document completeness, and determining whether electronic signing is appropriate for the transaction and jurisdiction.
Signer Responsibilities
Signers are responsible for reviewing the document before signing, confirming they are the intended recipient, using accurate information, keeping signing links and access codes secure, and declining or contacting the sender if they do not understand or agree to the document.
Records and Audit Trail
The service may record signer names, email addresses, phone numbers, access tokens, access-code authentication events, IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, signature or field values, attachments, signed PDF hashes, seals, reminders, declines, corrections, and completion events to support the signing workflow and audit trail.
No Legal Advice
Real Estate CRM Pro does not provide legal advice and does not determine whether a document, signature, disclosure, clause, notice, or transaction is valid, enforceable, complete, or compliant. Consult qualified counsel or brokerage compliance professionals for transaction-specific questions.
Access and Retention
Signed documents and audit records may be retained as needed for the workspace, transaction, security, legal, backup, and dispute purposes. Public or tokenized signer links should be treated as sensitive and disabled, expired, or voided when appropriate.
